Css Head of Solution Delivery

**About this exciting opportunity**:
We are now looking for a CSS Head of Solution Delivery (HoSD), who will be responsible to drive large professional services engagements based on Ericsson Digital Services portfolio towards Ericsson’s customers, and support the Key Account with extensive technical and solution knowledge.
In this role, you will lead a dynamic, flexible and goal-oriented organization, ensuring flawless continuation of the current, and coming, project portfolio, and seamless transition towards agile delivery models.
From opportunity phase until the complete fulfilment of the contract, the HoSD will ensure the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer satisfaction and Ericsson’s business objectives, since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.
**What you will do**:
- Drive excellence in consultancy services, specifically in the areas of integration and solutions.
- Lead the preparation of solution offer that best meet our client´s needs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives
- Be the line manager of a cross functional and multi-cultural group of experienced Solution architects, implementation managers, project managers and program managers.
- Mentor the team, interact with them and support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
- Ensure financial control of each of the projects and unit.
- Support Pre-Sales activities and engagements.
- Contribute to the Professional Services culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the programs driven.
**You will bring**:
- Solid understanding of the CSS domain portfolio and good overall understanding of the telecom landscape.
- Strong background working with both agile and waterfall project execution methodologies.
- Experience in leading diverse and multicultural teams in a virtualized and hybrid set-up.
- Outstanding relating & networking skills, good in deciding & initiating/drive action.
- Knowledge of Ericsson pre-sales process and active participant in C3.
- Delivering Results & Exceed Customer Expectations.
- Project and unit financials skills.
- Bring a sound challenging approach, clear communication and not afraid to speak-up.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and oral are a must, additional languages are a plus.
