As an integral part of Intel's new IDM 2.0 strategy, we are establishing Foundry Services (FS), a fully vertical, stand-alone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US- and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. IFS will be differentiated from other foundries with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe, and a world-class IP portfolio that customers can choose from, including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric and other critical foundational IP, along with Arm and RISC-V ecosystem IPs. FS will also provide access to silicon design services to help our customers seamlessly turn silicon into solutions, using industry standard design packages.

Altera customer program manager will support the transition of Altera to a Foundry Services customer as they change their business model. This role will drive to satisfy foundry customer needs across Foundry Services.

**In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Ensure our customer successfully can evaluates, adopt and designs products with Intel process technology.
- Deep understanding of customer's requirements across their existing product roadmap as they become a Foundry Services customer.
- Communicate requirements and secure technical solutions to derive maximum value from Intel's technology.
- Drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders, eliminating roadblocks and resolve customer issues.
- Clearly present status to both internal and external stakeholders
- Customer orientation and service mindset is essential in this key customer facing role for IFS.
- Highly organized, skilled interpersonal at communication and strong team player
- Clearly synthesize complex information, lead in-depth discussions and deliver results.
- Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment
- This role will leverage a broad cross-organizational background, some desired areas of expertise include: technology evaluation, flows and methodologies FAB, packaging, and product test Foundry experience as direct customer technical interface is a plus.

**_ This is an 18 months fixed term contract._**

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience.
- Master's in Program Management, Computer Science or related field and 3 + years of experience.
- PhD in Program Management, Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of experience.

The experience mentioned above must be managing cross
- business unit and engagement via forums, steering committees, and communications while driving accountability to action.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Fab/manufacturing services experience.
- Customer facing experience. PMP Certified and experience Program Management tools.
