Job Summary
Ambitious and highly analytical Sr. Program Manager sought to drive strategic growth and customer success at Amazon. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve seller experiences and drive business results. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to develop and execute resilient processes. Ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic programs focused on delivering new features, processes, and systems, driving results and measuring attainment of outcomes.
- Apply analytical skills to identify trends and business impact, developing projects to eliminate root causes.
- Drive and facilitate complex projects, measuring attainment of outcomes and influencing stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Assist in defining and designing tools, standard operating procedures, and processes.
- Design scaled processes, gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, and defining milestones and launch schedules.
- Influence stakeholders outside direct responsibility to ensure delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks.
- Drive accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation.
- Conduct effective meetings and communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- Audit activities impacting selling partners and drive process improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program management experience leading multi-organizational initiatives and driving team accountability to achieve impactful goals.
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical problem-solving ability, and data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing business plans, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools, processes, and decision support.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Graduate/Master's degree in a related field.
- Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
