**BlueForce, Inc. **is seeking for **Deputy Program Managers (DPM)** to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in **San Jose, Costa Rica.**
**General Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Deputy Program Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- DPM will have overall responsibility for in-country operations.
- DPM will interface with the Program Manager and in-country USG representatives designated by INL.
- Provide all reporting information required under the task orders accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
- Resolve issues related to program performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with local staff and will lead the in-country support office (ICSO)
- Responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
- Attend meetings and conferences as necessary.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality service is delivered, schedules are adhered to, financial controls are established, and complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Help resolve contractual and programmatic issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to Task Orders issued under the IDIQ Contract.
- Deployment required for this position.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- US Citizen.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- FSI level 3/3 Spanish, English level 5/5.
- Five (5) years of project/program management experience, international law enforcement, and/or criminal justice assistance.
- Eight (8) years of professional experience as a manager.
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
