Job Description Summary:
Prose on Pixels is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. POP is creative production agency and full-service global content studio. The creative capabilities include Live Action Production (stills and video), Video Editing, Animation/Motion Design, Graphics, Audio and Video finishing.
The operations coordinator role is supervised by POP Operations Manager. The role includes daily responsibilities to postproduction, operations and finance teams and will be assigned tasks by all members of the studio encouraging full exposure to all aspects of Production. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general operations & admin support across several POP studios: Studio 6,Chicago, HPS, Magma, and At Scale
- Onboarding process for freelancers, coordination with HR and IT for different credentials
- Manage and tracking expenses in a technical platform
- Manager Amex tracking and reconciliation
- Issuing POs to vendors as well as aiding in payment issues with vendors and AP
- Following up and retrieving all POs from agency partners
- Assist in tracking studio revenue throughout each month
- Tracking client retainer spends
- Track and report freelancer time in different platforms
- Assist in bi-weekly payroll reporting for freelancers
- Assist with creation and revisions of process & protocol documents
- Tracking Seamless Orders and submit to finance
Requirements & Skills:
- You are comfortable working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A demonstrated aptitude to learn new technical systems
- Excellent organizational skills.Excellent English communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and be adaptability to change
- You work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels
- You understand the value of learning from unusually bright and passionate coworkers and supervisors who are committed to professional development
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills, with a focus on quality and accuracy-Familiarity with MS Office and Google Applications (Microsoft Suite including, Outlook, Onedrive and Teams. Filemaker, HubPlanner, Agresso, & Pulse is a plus)
**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in administration or any related field.
