Como **FCF Team Lead LAO** seras responsable de liderar las iniciativas y procesos clave para entregar el DPO, influenciando la dirección del negocio a nível regional y subregional, manejando tracking junto con el forecast mensual/anual buscando dar visibilidad de riesgos y oportunidades, liderar la ejecución de las iniciativas de estandarización y mejora de los procesos dentro del desarrollo del DPO/FCF, según las necesidades del negocio, análisis de información para la creación y entrega de reportes con el propósito de facilitar la toma de decisiones.

**¿Quién eres?**:

- ** Entre 5 a 7 años de experiência de experiência en análisis financiero (FP&A) y Cuentas por Pagar.**:

- Licenciatura de Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Negocios o carreras afines, MBA preferible.
- Indispensable entendimiento de gestión de DPO y los factores de mejora asociados al indicador.
- Conocimiento intermedio de inglés (trabajara con equipos globales)
- Manejo de programas financieros y SAP.
- Dominio de idioma inglés avanzado

**¿Qué haces?**
- Fomentar la vinculación a herramientas financieras por parte de proveedores en la búsqueda del mejoramiento del DPO.
- Ser el punto de contacto y enlace entre las prioridades de mejora del DPO para influenciar la dirección del negocio, diseñar estrategias e iniciativas.
- Liderar los procesos de forecast y asegurar un cumplimiento de las metas de FCF de la region.
- Utilizar en forma proactiva las herramientas tecnológicas de comunicación del GBS, para mantener una retroalimentación constante y procurar la mejor atención de clientes internos sobre las iniciativas de mejora del DPO.
- Analizar las cuentas por pagar y afines, así como preparar reportes solicitados por P2P o procurement, por medio de información obtenida del sistema en forma general y específica, con el fin de mantener información consolidada de manera oportuna y sana para la correcta toma de decisiones de la empresa.
- Velar por la correcta ejecución de la iniciativa Two payment runs, por medio de controles de revisión de calidad, garantizando el correcto uso de la herramienta, así como la veracidad de los números reportados y estimados.
- Generar y compartir con el equipo Global data analytics, el control mensual de proveedores para el correcto cálculo del POT con base a las negociaciones del equipo de compras, así como mantener informado de cambios y actualizaciones a los equipos de IR, ATP y Pagos.
- Mantener comunicación constante con el Team Lead y Sr Manager de Tesorería ante cambios abruptos en el beneficio de la iniciativa Two payment runs, así como reportar de forma quincenal el saldo actual y proyectado para los próximos 3 meses.
