**Floor Plan Service Specialist Tier 1 - What You’ll Do**:
The Floor Plan Service Specialist is primarily in charge of executing data entry and floorplan setup tasks within the OfficeSpace software platform using multiple sources of information. They are also in charge of executing simple and moderate complexity of floor plans in AutoCAD. This person reports to the Floor Plan Services Team Lead and is in charge of the production and population of floorplans in the interface of the software created for our clients. Responsibilities include:

- Upload client floorplans onto the OfficeSpace software platform.
- Create and position client seats, offices, and spaces on top of their floorplan layout within the platform using AutoCAD and Illustrator.
- Perform miscellaneous professional services tasks regarding data digitization and input.
- Report any noticeable errors during setup to the Back Office manager for review and resolution.
- All other tasks required by OfficeSpace as it relates to the scope of the Floor Plan Service Specialist

**The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required**:

- High School Diploma is required
- Intermediate or proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is required
- A1 or A2 English CEFR is required
- A technical degree in Architectural Drawing, Graphic Design, or any related field is preferable
- Ability to express clear ideas and communicate with different stakeholders
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- Able to receive input and feedback from managers and peers
- High standard of quality in the completion of assigned tasks
- Ability to quickly change priorities of their assigned tasks in accordance with the strategy of the department
- Great team player with the ability to have open communication and mutual support with peers.
