What you'll be doing in this role:
- Sales Operations Specialist responsibilities include supporting the global forecasting process and providing guidance to the sales team.
- Attend forecast calls and conduct pipeline analysis for accurate forecasting.
- Create and manage Dashboards for License Utilization.
- Analyze current customer licensing, products, and usage.
- Propose innovative pricing and payment solutions while considering customer needs and pricing policies.
- Review Quotes and Order Forms to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the swap plan worksheet for tracking unused inventory.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales Ops team for accurate license swaps.
- Provide insights to internal teams on burndown and related metrics.
- Ensure pipeline accuracy across all GEOs.
- Interface with Order Management for precise sales opportunities tracking.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of Sales Operations experience in a software sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in PPT, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Background in supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories.
- Excellent listening, analytic, and organizational abilities.
- Prioritization skills to meet business requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Positive team player attitude with a results-driven approach.
