Job DescriptionExciting responsibilities in this role:
- Sales Operations Specialist tasked with supporting the global forecasting process and providing guidance to the sales team in commercial transactions.
- Participate in GPC forecast calls and conduct pipeline analysis to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Develop and manage Dashboards for License Utilization.
- Analyze and assess current customer licensing, products, and usage patterns.
- Propose innovative pricing and payment solutions that strike a balance between customer requirements and pricing policies.
- Review Quotes and Order Forms meticulously for accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain the swap plan worksheet with precision, tracking unused inventory set for potential exchanges in each quarter.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Sales Ops team to execute all license exchanges correctly.
- Offer consistent inputs to the Partner and internal SN teams on burndown and related metrics by closely collaborating with the Sales Operations team.
- Ensure pipeline precision with burndown allocations across all GEOs.
- Liaise with Order Management to validate the accuracy of booked sales opportunities within the ServiceNow sales automation tool.
Key requirements for success in this role:
- Hold 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in Sales Operations within a software sales environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in PPT, Word, and Excel.
- Possess experience with a CRM system.
- Prior engagement in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories.
- Strong listening, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, prepared to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented and focused on delivering results.
