About the Role

Workday is looking for a Senior Associate Deal Operations Specialist to join the Deal Operations Team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to support Sales Executives in deal strategy and non-standard deal closure challenges. This role requires analytical, detail-oriented, and process-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop strategies for deal scenarios
  • Support Sales throughout deal cycles
  • Facilitate conversations across different teams
  • Perform deal calculations and prepare contract documents
  • Manage negotiations and work in a flexible model

About You

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable researching solutions to sales proposals
  • Capable of making independent decisions on contracting and commercial terms
  • Quick at prioritizing and completing work
  • Great sense of humor and team player
  • Demonstrates core values and contributes to a positive work culture

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Deal Management
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Apttus
  • Ability to work with formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with responding to contract edits and working in a fast-paced Sales environment
  • Facilitation of deal completion with Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Deal Operations teams
