Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing team at Auxis is rapidly growing as the company's annual revenue continues to increase by over 40% year over year given the high demand in the market for our nearshore outsourcing services as well as our digital transformation capabilities.


As part of this growth, Auxis is opening multiple positions in the sales organization to focus on the management and expansion of existing accounts as well as the acquisition of new accounts.


The Client Success Manager for Finance Transformation and BPO will be focused on supporting the growth of specific existing accounts, as well as supporting senior sales executives in the pursuit of new client wins.


Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on Auxis' Finance Transformation and BPO Services and market trends in order to effectively position Auxis capabilities and thought leadership with new and existing clients
  • Support the Head of our Finance Outsourcing Practice on the management and growth of some of his existing accounts, including activities such as:
  • Participating in recurring client review meetings to discuss SLAs and identify potential areas of opportunity to improve service in the current scope of work and increase client satisfaction
  • Developing a deep understanding of our client's business, priorities and challenges in order to nurture and cultivate existing and new relationships within the company to position Auxis as a trusted advisor and longterm strategic partner for the organization across the multiple functions and departments where we can add value
  • Supporting the contract renewal process including COLA negotiations and scope adjustments
  • Maintaining our CRM contact data base for existing accounts
  • Support the Finance Transformation and BPO Sales Executives in the sales process with existing prospects and leads, including responsibilities such as:
  • Doing client research and preparing presentations for first-time meetings
  • Taking meeting minutes, maintaining Hubspot CRM and scheduling follow up meetings with clients throughout the process
  • Building pricing models and proposals
  • Developing contracts/SOWs
  • Helping coordinate and organize client site visits to Costa Rica and Colombia operations during the sales process when applicable
  • Sharing relevant content and thought leadership with prospects during the process
  • Supporting the nurturing of existing prospects when they "go dark"
  • Support the marketing and the SDR team in the generation of new leads, including responsibilities such as:
  • Proposing and supporting the creation of content (e.g. blogs, webinars, case studies, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Working with SDRs on qualifying and nurturing website conversions, including consultations, content downloads and webinar registrations. One of the key objectives of this role will be to increase the ratio of website conversions that we are getting to become real leads.
  • Working with SDRs and marketing on identifying the right company targets for the FAO practice and building and executing campaigns to generate interest in Auxis' services and schedule firsttime meetings with new potential prospects
  • Supporting the promotion of Auxis' webinars and participation in specific conferences, as well as the lead generation activities around conferences including pre, during and postevent activities.
  • Staying active on LinkedIn by sharing Auxis' thought leadership and perspective in a weekly basis
  • Expanding your network both on LinkedIn and through inperson networking and events
  • Support the sales executives in their own prospecting efforts as needed. For 2023 some of the campaigns you may be supporting include the penetration to the Private Equity sector.
