Apoyar a responder a las consultas estándar de los clientes (llamadas, correos) Seguimiento a la aplicación de ingreso de reclamos. Revisar y digitar cada caso por medio de la aplicación. Seguimiento y atención al cliente Solicitar información adicional o faltante del cliente mediante carta o llamada telefónica para responder las consultas de los clientes.
