Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can put on practice all your knowledge? The Payroll Analyst is responsible for assisting with the timely and accurate accumulation of payroll data. This will be accomplished by assisting the Payroll Coordinators with the processing of the payroll for all exempt and non-exempt employees.

This position is a B3 level

What will you be doing?

Administrate, process, and maintain data in the Time & Attendance System. Coordinates with Department Supervisors/Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of hours to be paid via the Time & Attendance System. Assists with the audits of payroll data entry & employee status changes to ensure accuracy before payroll execution. Ensures timely and accurate administration of responding to employee garnishments including notification to employees upon receipt of new garnishments. Assists with preparing spreadsheets for Third Party Sick Pay and Relocation Pay entry. Executes interfaces between Kronos and ADP. Acts as point of contact for the Time and Attendance System. Provides assistance to the Payroll Specialist for the entry and audit of paydata batches on payroll processing week.


What will you need to be successful?

Education: Completed or in progress degree in Accounting or Business Administration related field or equivalent. Experience: One year of payroll experience at a large company (1500+ employees). US Payroll Experience desired. Experience with ADP Payforce and Kronos Time & Attendance system desired. Languages: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. Competences: Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
