About the Role

At EX Squared LATAM, we connect top talent across the region with global opportunities. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of a next-generation platform that drives impact, scalability, and innovation for global users.

This is a strategic role where you will define product vision, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that transform operations and support expansion into new markets. You will also explore the use of AI-driven workflows and data insights to build smarter, more efficient products.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth.
  • Build, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, business) to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead the development of prototypes and pilots to validate new ideas.
  • Integrate AI and data-driven features to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Establish and track product metrics, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Act as a connector across teams, building trust and driving alignment.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management.
  • Strong background leading product lifecycle and strategy in technology-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and AI-enabled tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge or previous experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
