The Growth & Purpose organization is seeking a high-performing Manager to support the Office of Multi-Disciplinary Model (OMDM) team in the ongoing development of a critical, highly-visible application – Vision360. This role will offer a unique opportunity to work across all businesses (Consulting Services, Tax, Audit & Assurance, and Enabling Areas) in a highly visible and in-demand position while playing a key role in establishing and executing new strategic and proactive OMDM capabilities.

The Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing strategic technology-enabled activities. They will need to bring exceptional process execution skills, build an understanding of Deloitte's multi-disciplinary model (MDM), have an aptitude for learning complex subject matter, know how to navigate the Deloitte network, and understand/learn how to drive technology implementation initiatives.

Work you'll do

• In this role, the Manager will be responsible for working with the lead Senior Manager and EPM leadership to design, implement, test, maintain, and enhance the new Vision360 application, as well as support other technology-enabled efforts in support of the EPM team. Vision360 is a new application under development, an internal, AI-enabled, business and compliance data integration platform designed to help navigate complex MDM challenges.
• Collaborate with lead OMDM Senior Manager, other OMDM team members, and Deloitte's technology services team to develop short-, medium-, and long-term application roadmaps (for enhanced feature functionality) and adjust to ongoing development and practical realities as the application is enhanced and experienced
• Collaborate with OMDM, Global Enterprise Portfolio Management (GEPM), and other user community leadership to define, lead, and manage progress against strategic priorities within the context of Vision360 and technology operations
• Facilitate sessions with business user communities to obtain input and gain consensus for business requirements and User Interface designs
• Work with Deloitte Technology to address design and development issues, explain UI and data requirements from a business user perspective, and coordinate application releases (including User Acceptance Tests)
• Educate application users on Vision360 feature functionality as the application is enhanced and as user communities are added
• Engage/inform adjacent and related efforts to facilitate integration/alignment efforts with related systems and initiatives as appropriate (e.g., MBR 2.0)
• Identify navigation points relevant to Vision360 within Deloitte's network to break down organizational barriers and promote sharing of ideas and collaboration; anticipate barriers to project completion or implementation while navigating project management needs
• Operate in an unstructured environment and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity

Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years professional experience working across large cross-business teams and/or growing team/organization
• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Finance, or related area
• Proven project management, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong research and analysis experience
• Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
