We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex technical initiatives with clarity, structure and strong communication while collaborating closely with engineering, product and operational teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across software, cloud or data-related initiatives.
- Coordinate planning, execution, testing and release activities with engineering, QA, DevOps and product teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones and communication artifacts.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies and escalate issues before they impact delivery.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog discussions and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure teams have the information, clarity and structure needed to execute effectively.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders at different levels.
- Promote best practices in project documentation, governance and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of delivery processes, KPIs and project standards.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing technical or software-related projects.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, Agile methodologies and delivery workflows.
- Experience working with engineering, QA, product, cloud or data teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain high-quality execution.
- Advanced English level for meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience in software development environments, SaaS delivery or cloud-driven projects.
- Background supporting data integration, reporting or automation initiatives.
- Exposure to modern engineering practices or DevOps workflows.
