WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Bilingual (French/English) Call Center Agent you will:- Provide customers with information about their products and/or services- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, where applicable- Update customer files with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines are followed- Problem solve to find the best solution for each customer
ABOUT YOU- **Fluent in both English & French. You should be able to handle both English and French speaking customers.- You enjoy talking to people on the phone, are empathetic, a good listener, and passionate about helping others.- Enjoy talking to people on the phone, and have excellent listening and communication skills, both written and oral- Day to day you will be required to respond to customers on all inbound/outbound calls along with helping answer any questions or complaints.- A desire to grow and drive your career forward- Successful completion of high school education is preferred- 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment or related experience is preferred
