We are currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (French/ English) to add to our Team. Rejoignez-nous

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- external vendors, and various government agencies_
- to effectively facilitate the recruitment process._

You will:- Full cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and completing any pre-employment checks required- Facilitate and participate in open houses / virtual hiring events / career fairs for recruitment campaigns, when required- Develop, co-ordinate, and administer various Company programs (i.e. referral programs)-
- Maintain the Company’s Human Resources Information System on a daily basis.ABOUT YOU- You are fluent in both English & French- You have previous recruiting experience in high volume recruitment, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting-
- You have strong consulting skills, alongside a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member,- You possess a strong client service focus, particularly within the internal context of a global organization such as ours.- You have experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS (Workday Preferred)- You have strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel- You are confident in public speaking- You have a high school diploma or equivalent, preference will be given to those with post-secondary in the Human Resources field.- You have minimum six month's Bill Gosling Outsourcing experience in an Agent or Administrative position, or equivalent work experience elsewhere.- Previous Human Resources or Recruitment experience would be an asset
