**We are seeking a Full-Time VA HR Assistant with an emphasis on recruiting to join our team. Must be Bilingual (Spanish).**

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Conduct initial interviews
- Assist with the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
- Write and post job descriptions
- Create job openings through various channels (Indeed, universities, HRIS system, etc.)
- Develop new recruitment strategies
- Assist with onboarding duties
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate with Human Resource leadership to forecast future hiring needs
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting role
- Must be bilingual
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₡654,080.00 - ₡817,600.00 per month
