We’ll be looking for you to be a key member of the Latin America Digital Product management team. You will act as a liaison between the Business and the Central Product team by gathering and structuring requirements for new product initiatives such as enhancements and new products or features. We require you to do business user acceptance testing before go to market and production testing over the product lifecycle. You will engage with local teams/stakeholders to identify business opportunities, legal requirements, and product enhancements. Also, you will work closely with product managers to support design and prioritization of projects within roadmap and will do documentation for new product and feature launches. Will also engage in performance tracking and assessment of overall product health including follow up of bugs and issues.
For such a role, we require you to have minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst, or Tester for a digital service company. You should demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills and high attention to detail, we need you to be capable of breaking down complex problems into parts to understand root causes and identify possible solutions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related (completed or in progress) is highly preferred, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills are a must as you have to be able to gather inputs from stakeholders and effectively communicate to Engineering. For this role we require you to have strong written and verbal communication skills (English Level C1- 80% min). Experience using Amplitud, Jira and/or Confluence is a plus.
