**Better requires process, discipline, and simplification**

The IVR Business Analyst is responsible for working with the business & product owners, portfolio manager, internal/external stakeholders, sme’s, and business partners to elicit, document and develop acceptance criteria for Agile User Stories. May assume LEAD for epic development and assignment of high value, or highly complex projects or initiatives.

This role will require you to use your own knowledge of, and or process for discovery to define procedures and concepts through the analysis of data, call flows and problem-solving sessions, your own operational experience and integrate with the broader goals of the business unit and company. You will be responsible for participating in regular backlog grooming/sprint planning sessions, may drive prioritization, demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement. You will ensure all stories maintain a HIGH standard for exceptional customer experience and delivering on our operational efficiency goals.
