The company specializes in corporate services, IP protection, blockchain, and the Online Gaming industries, catering to global tech entrepreneurs. Fast Offshore's Managing Partner is an internationally recognized professional with expertise in banking, payment processing investments, and corporate structures across more than 25 countries. The firm provides consulting services to both small and large multinational companies for their offshore needs.

About the Role

We're looking for a
first-class, efficient, and effective Operations Manager
to oversee the daily operations in our offices.

You'll ensure that our international group runs smoothly day-to-day including managing teams, streamlining workflows, and delivering operational excellence across all divisions including licensing, compliance, and corporate services.

This role reports directly to the
CEO
, and is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on accountability, precision, and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage compliance, licensing, and administrative teams.
  • Standardize processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Implement clear reporting and accountability frameworks.
  • Ensure all internal deadlines and service levels are met.
  • Prepare concise operational performance reports for senior management.
  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency and team performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years' experience in
    operations or general management
    , ideally in financial services, compliance, or gaming.
  • Proven leadership of multi-department or remote teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance workflows.
  • Excellent English communication (Spanish is a plus).
  • Ethical, structured, and results-oriented with a hands-on approach.
