**Better requires process, discipline, and simplification**

You will be responsible for oversight and management of money transfer operations for WU Retail global payment infrastructure. You also will provide key operational insights on best operational payment practices, reporting, and analysis. The position will also work closely with various departments, vendors, and agents to maintain best in class payment systems and resolve issues. The Credit Risk team controls the whole credit and payments cycle and your role will be to lead and motivate this team and look at ways to implement process efficiencies to create a lean process. Some of the areas you will work on improving our reporting, financial analysis, and systems development.
