Position Summary:

The Operations Logistic Analyst plays a central role in supporting and optimizing the workflow of client service requests and roofing operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage information from multiple sources with precision. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of coordinating multiple operational activities simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming client requests, determining the nature of their need (reported issue, service call, repair, replacement, or inspection).

· Accurately enter client and job information into the CRM system.

· Schedule service visits or appointments with Roofing Specialists (estimators/sales representatives) based on the reported need.

· Ensure calendars, schedules, and internal communications are aligned to support timely service delivery.

· Function as the workflow backbone for each client's project by maintaining complete and current information in the CRM system.

· Set alerts, reminders, and task notifications to ensure operational continuity and timely follow-up.

· Support the flow of project information across internal departments and stakeholders.

· Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates, answering questions, and clarifying next steps throughout the service process.

· Conduct follow-ups on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve pending items.

· Request Google Reviews and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Collect and process credit card payments related to service calls.

· Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including service notes, communications, and relevant records, stored within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Technical Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or final-year student in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

· Experience in administrative, customer service, logistics, or operations support roles (experience in construction is a plus but not required).

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks of varying complexity.

· Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for continuous interaction with clients and internal teams.

· Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage operational information.

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy..
