**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with Contract Management Operations, Finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- ** Author BRDs**: Create comprehensive and detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture the needs and objectives of the business.
- ** Review Functional Specifications**: Ensure that functional specifications align with business requirements and meet the necessary standards.
- ** Orchestrate UAT**: Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the business needs and are ready for deployment.
- ** Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, specifications, and testing results.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs and reviewing functional specifications.
- Experience with UAT planning and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of contract management operations, finance processes, and IT systems.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with business analysis, S4 HANA - BRIM, SCM, CM, CC and CI
