Your role:
As an IT Operations Specialist at MUSCLE, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working to maintain our IT operations running efficiently. This role is key to providing advanced technical support, managing corporate access, administering networks and infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and availability of IT services, integrating technical support, infrastructure management, access administration, and active monitoring of systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in a dynamic startup environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Provide advanced technical support to internal users (on-site and remote)

· Resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues

· Manage incidents from registration to resolution, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA)

· Perform root cause analysis of recurring problems and implement preventive solutions

· Prepare and configure PC/Mac equipment for new users

· Administer devices through MDM (Mobile Device Management) with security profiles and policies

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment

· Manage inventory of technological assets through periodic audits

· Manage user lifecycle (creation, modification, deactivation) in corporate systems

· Administer permissions, roles, and groups on platforms such as Google Workspace and M365

· Assign and optimize software licenses and SaaS services

· Maintain detailed records for audits and compliance

· Configure and maintain networks (VLANs, VPNs, basic routing)

· Manage essential network services (DHCP, DNS)

· Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues to optimize network performance and security

· Monitor systems, services, and corporate applications to ensure their availability

· Document procedures, processes, and technical solutions in the knowledge base

· Apply security controls and corporate policies

Required Soft skills:

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

· High proactivity, adaptability, and ability to work without constant supervision

· Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality IT services

· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Required experience:

· Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in technical support, help desk, access management, networks, or basic infrastructure

Required education:

· Technical, diploma, or bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Systems, or IT

Desirable:

· Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, AWS Cloud Practitioner

· Experience in the Fin-tech industry or with startup companies

· Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud
