In this role, you will be responsible for the resolution of partner/client issues/escalations. Work with internal and external teams to initiate root cause analysis to identify and eliminate the underlying problems triggering customer issues. You will provide training to internal Web care and partner teams, on the unique processes and money transfer flows of our preferred partners, maintaining, updating, and enhancing internal reporting tools.

We’ll expect you to provide monthly reporting to partners, support bi-weekly partner meetings, and coordinate site and ship visits, while taking an active role in current partnerships and understanding the end-to-end product flow from a business and operations perspective.

For this role, we require you to be degree-educated and, in addition, have experience working in business development, preferably within the financial Industry. You’ll be a great communicator with outstanding teamwork capabilities and a service-oriented mindset towards internal business partners. You’ll feel comfortable navigating a highly matrixed, global organization. Knowledge in Excel is a must, and Power BI will be nice to have. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
