We are looking for a Parts Operations Specialist to join our Aftermarket team and support key activities related to parts order management, customer support, backorder tracking, and coordination with distribution centers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient operations within our parts supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Support & Customer Service
Respond to inquiries regarding part numbers, availability, order status, and ETAs.
Provide email support to distributors and maintain consistent service levels.
Update dealers on backorder status, releases, and order progress.
Order Management & Systems
Enter orders into internal systems.
Verify accuracy and completeness of order information.
Follow up on order releases and updates.
Backorder Monitoring & Operational Coordination
Track backorders and maintain updated statuses.
Coordinate with distribution centers for availability and release confirmations.
Escalate issues when necessary.
Invoice & Shipment Reconciliation
Reconcile invoices with shipped items.
Update internal systems and prepare information for billing.
Maintain tracking and reporting databases.
General Backoffice Support
Organize documentation and communication records.
Assist with administrative tasks and data updates.
Support process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
Technical Skills
Intermediate Excel.
Intermediate English.
Proficient with office productivity tools.
