**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

We’ll be looking to you to develop a deep understanding of the key metrics for our website performance and build acquisition strategies using those insights to improve user experience. You’ll work closely with a global team of Marketing, SEO, UX, Engineering and Product to track and analyse customer journeys across our website and content performance from an SEO standpoint. It will be up to you to build dashboards and use Analytic tools to discover patterns in the data and communicate results to drive better decisions and product enhancements. You’ll make a difference by proposing experiments to test product and content optimizations to improve both page performance and customer acquisition through our digital channels.

For such a pivotal role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Project Management and 3+ years of experience in a marketing business analytics role, with proven experience on SEO. You’ll bring to the table experience working with website performance, knowledge of Google Core Web Vitals, Technical SEO, content strategy and acquisition for digital products alongside with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Google Analytics and other performance tools. You are proactive and enjoy working on a global environment that is always changing and adapting to the market needs.
