Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases.
- Regularly audit data to identify discrepancies or errors, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.

Employee Changes and Transitions:

- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and changes in employment terms, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of internal transfers, collaborating with various stakeholders as needed.
- Process terminations and handle all offboarding tasks.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency, proposing and implementing solutions as appropriate.
- Actively participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation projects

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience, 2- 3 years in HR operations, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and Brazilian legislation
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems like Workday and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience using Service Now or any other case management
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
