The FP&A Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner the in-market Finance Teams in the development of market forecasts.
- Strong understanding of actual/ historical performance, external environment and able bring this into planning and forecasting considerations.
- Prepare monthly reports, variance analysis, risk and opportunities for management to review and drive business performance/gap closing initiatives and be the single point of contact for management reporting for that market.
- Preparation of management reports for Core Commercial Cycle/S&OP processes such as the DRM (Demand Review Meeting) decks and performance reviews such as the MPR (Monthly Performance Reviews) decks to support decision making.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the Finance Director e.g. trend analysis for a product type
- Responsible for the support of robustness and accuracy of the market forecasts and plans

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineer, or similar careers.
- 3+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, P&L and variations analysis.
- English level: advanced.
- Intermediate Portuguese level prefered
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
