Senior Finance Analyst

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist with monthly closing, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Interface with senior management reporting monthly results, KPI’s, backlog, and flash updates
- Drive HQ requests, working with the finance team in the plants to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner
- Owner of Flow Controls North America Central Staff Spending and Headcount. Including setting budget, Analyze variances and drive improvements
- Approve AR (Appropriate Request)’s as well maintain an AR log.
- Analyze balance sheet metrics, such as working capital, receivables, payables and inventory
- Track and collect monthly balance sheet questions from internal stakeholders
- Ensure financials are in accordance with corporate polices (CP&P) and US GAAP
- Participate in process improvements projects in intelligent automation and other areas
- Maintain and foster good working relationships with both operations and finance partners
- Other special projects as assigned
- Effectively communicate with local teams and Business Leaders

**Additional Information**
- Some international travel will be required

**Requirements**:
Minimum Educational Qualifications: BA / BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 7 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
