**Job Description**:
Person hired for the Senior Analyst role team will play a key role providing accounting services, such financial information, analysis and guidance to different customers among the organization ensuring financial data integrity and accuracy and also participating and eventually leading project teams.

Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform Account reconciliations.
- Align to established KPI’s, SLA’s and operational metrics.
- Provide accounting services such as financial information, analysis, and advice for use in planning, controlling, and decision-making.
- Handle Inquiries of different levels of complexity coming from diverse areas across de company.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or advance student in Finance/Accounting or related area.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English Level, written and spoken
- So-x controls knowledge
- Lean Six Sigma Knowledge
- Adaptable to different circumstances and dealing with ambiguity skills.
- Customer Focus
- Microsoft Office Advanced level (Excel, word, power point)

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP working knowledge
- Blackline
