Cash Applications Jr Analyst

**Propósito del rol**:
Aplicación de pagos mediante revisiones con ejecutivos de cuentas, llamadas con los cobradores y revisión de estados de cuenta con los bancos; además de asesorar e implementar acciones para maximizar las oportunidades de capital de trabajo proporcionando una amplia gama de aplicación de pagos, recolección de bocas de caja de los bancos y determinación de deducciones y resolución.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Aplicación de pagos e ingreso a portales de bancos para descargar estados de cuenta.
- Realizar el registro de los pagos, notas de crédito y reembolsos a los clientes.
- Responsable de llenar los archivos/documentos del área y su respectivo seguimiento.
- Contestar las solicitudes y todos los temas relacionados con los movimientos de las aplicaciones que realice el cliente, ejecutivo de ventas o cobranza.
- Actualizar la base de datos de clientes.
- Brindar apoyo en el proceso de conciliaciones de pagos y procesamiento de archivos bancarios.
- Liderar reuniones para mantener las cuentas de pagos actualizadas o informar sobre el estado de las mismas y sus preocupaciones.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de Contabilidad, Administración de empresas o Finanzas.
- 1+ años de experiência en puestos similares (Cash Apps, OTC).
- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel (vlook ups, tablas dinámicas y fórmulas).
- Habilidades analíticas y organizativas.
- Excelente comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Familiaridad con los estados financieros.
- Conocimientos de SAP.
- Manejo intermedio del idioma inglés (deseable)
