The Trilingual Human Resources Analyst - Portuguese, will act as the Human Resources single point of contact on site for operators and first-line leaders who have no or mínimal access to computers and who require basic HR-related support over the phone and via chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Human Resources point of contact for employees and managers who require HR-related support via chat and tickets
- Provide advice and guidance on Human Resources procedures (policy and process) covering the full employee lifecycle including leave of absence, onboarding, payroll, benefits enrollment, among others.
- Is familiar with industry standard metrics adherence and improvement to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
- Import best practices when applicable to improve user and employee experience
- Partner with other team members to review and improve processes
- Communicate effectively, both written and orally to explain complex processes to customers and peers
- Provide end to end oversight to help solve the HR queries from manufacturing employees and first-line leaders mentioned above
- Responsible for effective triaging complex HR queries within the HR service delivery model to ensure timely resolution within agreed operational service targets
- Link back with the originator of HR queries to share the outcome in such a way that the colleague can relate to the message
- Work closely with the HR Site lead on critical site priorities resulting from global process changes, particularly those that require support being provided to the site-based line operators and line managers who have no or mínimal access to GSK computers.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bacherlo´s degree in related áreas and 2+ years of experience in related roles.
- Workday and ServiceNow experience are required.
- Experience managing E2E Customer and Employee Life Cyle processes.
- Proficient in Spanish, English and Portuguese is required.
- Familiarity with Brazilian HR processes is a plus.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel)
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Continuous improvement knowledge is a must.
