HR Operations Analyst

En este momento nos encontramos en la búsqueda del puesto **analista de operaciones de recursos humanos **quien estará a cargo de coordinar y ejecutar procesos como soporte a auditorías, administración de beneficios, reportes/novedades de nómina, compensación y bienestar, garantizando alineación con las políticas corporativas, el cumplimiento del marco legal y la estrategia de nuestra cultura.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Auditar el servicio prestado por el proveedor, generando propuestas y trabajando en la mejora de los procesos.
- Garantizar el debido cumplimiento de los beneficios otorgados por la compañía.
- Estandarizar procesos alineados a las subregiones
- Entregar en tiempo y calidad los reportes al área de nómina.
- Mantener actualizados y mapeados los procesos de acuerdo con las legislaciones de cada país y políticas internas.
- Cumplir con los tiempos establecidos para cada proceso, manejo de métricas
- Completar todas las tareas relacionadas con la administración de vacaciones, para los países que administra.
- Apoyar al área de Recursos Humanos con reportes como vacaciones.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, Psicología o afines.
- 2+ años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
- Conocimiento intermedio en Excel.
- Excelente comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad analítica enfocada en métricas.
- Experiência trabajando con Workday u otros sistemas de HR.
- Gestión del Talento Humano, Legislación laboral.
