**About the Role**:
Tebra is looking for a Billing Specialist(s) that will perform various activities to support our company's accounting department and billing processes.
**Your Area of Focus**:
- Manage inbound calls regarding billing inquiries
- Outbound calls to collect payment on overdue balances
- Manage and work salesforce cases related to billing and collection inquiries
- Downloading and explaining invoices to customers
- Assisting customer with updating method of payment on file
- Confirming customer payment method on file
- Processing payment re-attempts
**Your Professional Qualifications**:
- Intermediate Salesforce knowledge and experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
- Fluent in English; verbal and written
- 1+ years answering inbound phone calls
- A professional and friendly demeanor for our customers and colleagues
- Making quick and accurate math calculations is essential
- Confidence, self-motivation, and diligent with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute many assignments in a quick and efficient manner
- Experience in a software company, healthcare and accounts receivable
- High School Diploma required
