**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Support Project Managers by providing contract management services across all aspects of project lifecycle to agreed levels of quality & timeliness.
Enable Project Manager productivity improvement by freeing up PM time from repetitive and often complex project administration tasks and by improving accuracy and completeness of project management.
Provide set-up and management of document repository database.
Liaise with Business Operations team of the account, or other department as may be required.
Provide Risks and Issue Management Support.
Provide reports required by the account.
Provides Billing and Financial Support, Resource Management Services Support.
Provides Claim Administration Services Support.
Provides Audit Support during Delivery Risk Assessments, Risk Re-Assessments, MSAC and KCO Audits.
Chairs CTRs (Critical Thread Review) Meetings and/or other types of meeting that may be required by the account.
Ensures the accounts audit readiness, adherence and compliance to Kyndryl processes and Business Controls Guidelines.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in Contract Management and Business Controls
- Excel intermediate to advanced
- Advanced English (both written and oral skills)
- Communication skills
- Analytical Thinking
- Client facing skills and experience
- Documentation/ Audit skills
- Detail-oriented
- Time management and Organization
- Self-directed
