**Software Contract Negotiator**Lead global cross-functional teams (BU, Legal, Security, and Architecture) through corporate processes to acquire and maintain software. Provide software contracting and license compliance expertise. Support audit response due diligence and negotiate dispute resolution for publisher audits and renewals. Analyze market data, develop strategy, and lead negotiations for software license and professional service contracts.

**What you’ll do**:

- Negotiate best-in-class commercial terms and license use rights to minimize compliance risks
- Lead cross-functional teams clarify software use cases; provide licensing, compliance, and asset tracking expertise
- Manage and negotiate Enterprise License true-up & reconciliations
- Interpret contract use rights; reconcile license compliance upon request
- Drive and report savings from maintenance/license optimization

**What experience you need**:

- 3 years of experience in software licensing
- 2 years of experience in contract negotiation skills
- 2 years of experience with software asset management principles/practices
- 2 years of experience in license entitlement/deployment reconciliation
- 2 years of experience managing Software License renewals

**What could set you apart**:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, BA or equivalent
- English Proficiency (B2+ BELT level) - Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical staff and management
- Advanced quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information for multiple sources
- Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of Asset Management concepts, tools, and technologies
- Cross-functional team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Previous complex publisher license experience like Oracle, IBM, Microsoft
- Previous ITAM experience
- Previous software audit experience
