Sales Development Representative Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in growing our pipeline by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process. You will collaborate with our Enterprise Sales Representatives to develop targeted strategies and secure meetings. Your success will be measured by achieving quarterly quotas of sales-qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-qualify opportunities by assessing mutual interest and purchasing power
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Representatives to develop targeted strategies and secure meetings
- Achieve quarterly sales-qualified opportunity quotas

Requirements
- Previous work experience in inbound and outbound calls and inquiries
- Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate clearly to all levels of technical aptitude
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Nice to Have
- Experience working in cybersecurity
- Experience with sales automation and outreach tools (e.g. SalesLoft, Groove, LinkedIn)
