About This Role
This position plays a vital part in Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Shared Services, supporting the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) organization. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that drive business growth and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Invoicing team core process: Scanning and Invoice processing for Americas Region and Optimization of Optical Character Recognition technology.
- Genpact support related to invoice processing, troubleshooting, or related inquiries.
- Primary invoice/credits processing and resolution, and control compliance.
- Interfaces regularly with internal and external customers/vendors to resolve issues.
Education and Skills
- University degree or ongoing university studies in a finance-related field.
- Basic office knowledge and accounting/finance skills.
- Desired experience in multinationals, shared services, or finance-related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with Portuguese being a plus.
