Job Overview

As a Maintenance Renewal Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, focusing on building customer confidence in the company's remote sales capabilities and driving opportunities from qualification to close.

About the Role
  • Supervise a group of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve unit revenue and expense objectives within assigned areas.
  • Assist in the recruiting, training, and development of employees, including new hires and college graduates.
  • Responsible for supervising sales-related activities and resources needed to facilitate the day-to-day efforts of the department.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive outbound marketing campaigns and installed base initiatives as dictated by segment direction.
  2. Monitor and coach employees on career development, compensation, performance goals, and training needs.
  3. Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales Managers to assist with business plan development.
Requirements
  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising inside sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales-related goals.
  • Solid understanding of sales process, conflict resolution skills, coaching skills, and good communication skills.
