The Role
- Develop strategic partnerships with diverse networks of coaches, associations, HR consultants, and more.
- Drive revenue through innovative affiliate and referral strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new partners, including payroll companies, PEOs, HR consultants, and SaaS companies.
- Implement comprehensive training programs and co-marketing activities.
- Leverage partnerships to contribute significantly to the company's revenue.
- Monitor partnership activities and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
