Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented individual with a passion for solving complex issues and an obsession for customer happiness. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, leveraging your technical expertise and communication skills to resolve their issues efficiently. Your ability to think critically and deliver results under pressure, while adjusting your demeanor and communication style to accommodate diverse customer bases, will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities- Solve complex customer problems through collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with Microsoft products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices development to improve overall customer experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in Global Technical Support Center, product support, technical support, IT Admin support, or related fields
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills to clearly understand and provide accurate solutions to customers
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to think critically and deliver results under pressure, while adjusting demeanor and communication style to accommodate diverse customer bases
