At Encora, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Expert to support and develop cutting-edge solutions that meet our business requirements.
We accelerate our customers' business results by innovating digital products. As a key member of our technology and agile team, you will:
Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
Analyze existing insurance workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Gather and document business requirements for new or enhanced insurance systems.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience working in the insurance industry is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.
