Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our application support team
  • Perform regular checks and monitoring to identify potential issues

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an Application Support role
  • Primary skill set should include two of the following: ECS (Open Shift), Kibana, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting
  • Secondary skill set should include Bigdata (Arcadia, Impala), Autosys scheduling, ServiceNow, SQL
  • Experience with programming languages and willingness/ability to learn
  • Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes
  • Effective written and verbal communications
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate/advanced English
