Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global IT Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Citibank's global infrastructure, including diagnosing and solving incidents and problems related to the functioning of Citi infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Citibank's global infrastructure
- Diagnose and solve incidents and problems related to Citi infrastructure
- Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure proper performance of processes running within one of the biggest IT environments worldwide
- Act as service owner and perform day-to-day management of different requests (incidents/change requests) process
- Ensure that every request is being processed and progressing with established service level objectives
- Report immediately any operational issues and risks
Requirements:
- Working knowledge on two of the platforms: Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Server Administration (Windows Server & Linux), SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange
- IT problem management or error handling skill would be an advantage
- Background in operating distributed services within international, dynamic environment is preferred
- Good English command
- ITILv3 or v4 knowledge is required
- 1-year experience working in an IT operation
- Desirable knowledge in process improvement methodologies
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge
