Credito Real Usa Finance Llc is one of the top automobile loan providers in the nation. We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Operations Specialist with a strong background in dialer systems and data analysis.
Job Summary:
- Perform daily uploads, downloads, and imports of data.
- Ensure accurate documentation of dialer activity.
- Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential issues.
- Run regular reports to evaluate dialer system performance.
- Create and update dialing campaigns to optimize results.
- Monitor and adjust dialer system settings as needed.
- Provide technical support to team members using the dialer.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong experience in using dialer systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and basic statistics knowledge.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
- Knowledge of auto-dialer operations and data optimization principles.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
