Job Description
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the integration of 3rd party systems with Servicenow. This includes creating and maintaining API and data integrations between Servicenow and other services.
You will also be a lead contributor on how Servicenow can be used to integrate to new and existing technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Rest API, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Team player, attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate with others.
- Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented and modularized software.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the use and management of APIs.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the development, configuration, implementation and support of production and non-production Servicenow instances.
- Knowledge of infrastructure services spanning servers, storage, network, security and cloud.
- A rich knowledge of both ITIL and ITSM disciplines.
- ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Certifications are nice to have.
