The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to provide exceptional support and service to our discerning guests. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for leading all guest-related elements of multiple trips, handling pre- and post-trip documentation, and communicating trip details.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally accountable for all guest interactions before and after a trip, establishing rapport and instilling confidence
- Advocate for guests with third-party providers, including insurance and visa services
- Handle guest-facing elements of trip check-ins, including travelling to and guiding staff during check-ins
- Apply tools and software to coordinate and maintain trip and guest data
- Proof documents for accuracy and ensure timely completion
- Lead efforts to fulfill bookings for assigned trips, creating welcome documentation and recording guest details
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to guests and staff alike, resolving any issues or challenges that arise
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury brand environment or travel/hospitality industry
- Exceptional social skills, including building rapport with high-net-worth individuals
- Proven strength in customer service, particularly in explaining complex details and resolving concerns
- Ability to work cross-organizationally with other team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Travel Required
Domestic and international travel may be required to attend expedition departures.
